I had a great experience with Assured Service, Inc and their plumbing experts. They responded to my call extremely fast and even on a Sunday, they were here right way to troubleshoot my failing heating system boiler in the middle of sub zero temperatures outside! They quickly got the the bottom of my problem, and offered their affordable solution with no sales pressure or added stress. Assured Service, Inc. worked with my time sensitive needs and were able to juggle their current jobs around in order to start on my right away! They were here early the next day to replace my old boiler, with a Navien NCB combination water heater and boiler. This also included adding new taco 007 pumps, new 9-11-s, new purge stations and shut off valves. They also ran brand new exhaust and venting outside to bring new boiler up to code (as the old intake was improperly pulling air from inside the basement). Plus they added a drain for the water heater, re-routed the gas line for new boiler and cleaned up a lot of messy copper plumbing. Overall their work was done very professionally and it looked great - very clean work, and even labeled some of the new lines. Assured Service, Inc. took the time to communicate every step and answered all my questions with friendly ease, on top of all their great work, they beat everyone's price too. I highly recommend Assured Service, Inc. for all your plumbing and heating needs, a honest and professional local family business.

Eric and the team at Assured were excellent! A friend recommended the company when our central air conditioning wasn’t working, and we’re so glad they did. Caleb and Liam came out just a few days after we reached out to assess the damage and gently delivered the news that it was a total loss. Once we decided to move forward with the replacement quote, Eric promptly ordered the equipment, which was delivered the following week, with installation scheduled for the week after. The team arrived right on time and completed the entire install in one day! Eric also kindly followed up with a courtesy text the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again in the future!

Can’t say enough great things about Eric and his employees. Eric completed all the plumbing in our new construction home. We have one bathroom and our shower valve started leaking, leaving us with a huge problem for our family of 5. I booked an appointment on a Thursday night for the next morning at 9am and they arrived promptly. I have been blown away by their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and excellent work. When the job required a contractor, they personally reached out to several people they knew and we had our shower up and running in a week. We will be using them for every plumbing job moving forward.

I called and they arrived at my home in an hour to inspect leaking water heater, they came back with a new water heater and completed the install within 3 hours. No mess, clean install, tested , and inspected....Great work!!!
